If your router includes a KUMA DATA SIM:

  1. Power on your router
  2. Scan the QR code inside the box
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Your SIM activates automatically

Activation usually completes within 20 minutes.

Billing starts when you complete checkout and activate your subscription.

Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time, no penalties, no notice period.

If a renewal payment fails, you will be prompted to update your payment method by email

If payment is not completed within the retry period, your service may be temporarily suspended. Once payment succeeds, the service restores automatically.

If a payment fails or you need to change your card details:

  1. Log in to your KUMA account
  2. Open your active KUMA DATA subscription
  3. Select “Update payment method”
  4. Enter your new card details
  5. Save changes

If your service was temporarily suspended due to a failed payment, it will automatically restore once the payment is successful.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your KUMA account
  2. Open your active subscription
  3. Select “Cancel subscription”
  4. Confirm cancellation
