How to Cancel Your KUMA DATA Subscription

You can cancel your KUMA DATA subscription at any time — there are no exit fees and no long-term commitment.

Cancel online (fastest)

1. Find your subscription confirmation email from KUMA
2. Click the "Manage my subscription" link in that email — this opens your personal subscription portal directly, no login required
3. In the portal, click "Cancel subscription"
4. You'll be asked to confirm — select a reason and click confirm
5. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after that.

Can't find the email?

Log in to your KUMA account at kuma-products.com/account, go to Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

Important billing note

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused days. If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged again.
